Hiring young Canadians has
never been so easy thanks to the France-Canada mobility agreement
Canada and France have signed an agreement to facilitate
youth labour mobility. The arrangement allows 14 000 French and Canadian youth
ages 18 to 35 to live in the other’s country for up 12 months, allowing them to
benefit from either a professial experience abroad relevant to their studies, or
to simply find employment abroad and discover through travels.
Young professionals
Since May 27th, 2005, the French administrative procedures to hire young
professional Canadians in France have been simplified. They are now:
Easier: A streamlined process with a single person responsible in
France
Faster: Can process a folder in 1 month or less
More efficient: Licence to work upon arrival in France.
